Rosy Whiskers and Running Free

Hello and happy May Day!

If you'll bear with me, I'm not quite done with the bunnies yet.  Soon.  This self-challenge has thinned out my NBUS baskets as well as given me the opportunity to revisit a few from my collection.  Today I have two bunnies, one NBUS and one from my stash.

The first is NBUS Rosy Whiskers from Creative Expressions Designer Boutique.  I colored with Copics.  Cut an oval from the center and raised it by layering over an additional oval (or two?).

Creative Expressions Mini-Expressions -- Hello & Hi die
Nuvo Sugared Almond Crystal Drops

The next bunny is Creative Expressions Designer Boutique Running Free.  I've colored it only once before.  It takes time with all the detail.

Addicted to Stamps and More #491 -- The theme this time is "make your mark" (coloring, etc)

Spring has sprung and the outdoors are claiming more of my time, but I expect I'll still be making cards, too.  Just can't stop!

Have a beautiful day!

Could these possibly be any more beautifully colored? I think not. What marvelous dimension and shading in your "oval" bunny, and beautiful drama in your Running Free bunny. SO BEAUTIFUL! All our bunnies here are brown-gray tone. Lovely cards, Miss Leslie!

Leslie, you just keep those bunnies coming! Goodness knows we all love it when they hop out to play in your crafty space!
That little cutie peeking out from the roses is so adorable - and I LOve all the layers you've chosen and your beautifully colored roses!
Your more elegant grey rabbit is such a treat too and worthy of your time to color it!
Gorgeous cards - as always!

Two stunning cards, for sure! I love your die cut frames. I think you enabled me to buy the hemstitch rectangles. Now I need to be inspired to use them!

I'm LOVING your bunny cards, Leslie, and could never tire of seeing them. In fact The Cottage Cutz Folk Rabbit you showed us is now mine! In my NBUS pile. Gorgeous designs - and you know how I love the beautiful coloring! Thanks for mentioning May Day and making me glad I'm not the only one old enough to remember the celebrations.

Beautiful bunny cards. I especially like the second one. those flowers are fantastic. It is a challenge to balance time with everything that needs doing at this time of year. I have so much to do in the garden that housework and crafting aren't getting much of a look in xx

Leslie these are both works of art. I can see that it took quite a bit of time to color them but you did it so well and I enjoyed looking at the cards that you made. You have been quite creative
