Hello again! Moving right along toward Christmas with another deer card to send to a "deer" friend. This one is a small Penny Black set called Hello Deer. It's not new on the market, but new to me. Sometimes you just know when a stamp needs to come home with you.
I colored with Copics and framed with an older Spellbinders set. Embellished with a mix of dies. Added glitter. I brushed ink around the edges of the image panel and the card base.
Stamps: Penny Black Hello Deer Paper: Neenah Classic Crest Super Smooth Solar White 80#, brown Bazzill card base, other scraps Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, SU Creamy Caramel and Close to Cocoa Coloring: Copics Dies: Spellbinders Devine Eleoquence and Labels Twenty Eight, Impression Obsession Pine Pair, Tim Holtz Holiday Greens Mini, Poppystamps Prim and Proper Bow Other: Stickles Xmas Red, Golden Rod, Patina glitter glue

cute card. I like the way the deer is cut off. Just his head peaking out of the foliage. Nice frame to go with it. Have a great day. We're still in a mail strike with no foreseen end. sigh
This is so beautiful. You picked the perfect frame die for this lovely image.

What a lovely, lovely card, Leslie!! You are the die-cut master, for sure. I love the holly antlers. (Or just the holly behind the antlers??) So fun and beautiful all at once.

I absolutely love everything about this beautifully designed card, from the design right down to the colors. I 'might' have this stamp set, kind of think I do, for some reason at Christmas I am always drawn to the deer and the trees, my mantel is all lit up with both, I'm getting quite a collection so your card 'speaks' to me!! I love Penny Black stamps and have a couple new ones coming in..Merry Merry to me LOL!!
I always enjoy reading your blog posts and seeing the wonderful cards that you make. This precious deer is on the top of that list. I love the delicate look that just seems to go with the deer image. Once again, you have inspired me! Thanks!

I love that stamp. You have definitely enhanced it with your lovely framing. The brown card base helps it pop too xx
What a cute image! Love that the deer seems to be peeking out to send his wishes. The dies that you used work great with this card with the brown CB.
Oh I can see why you had to grab this stamp, it is too cute and so unique, terrific coloeing, I love that die too, and it works perfect for framing, the greenery below the sentiment is terrific touch to top off this beauty!
