Hi there! I have a few cards I've never posted due to all the distractions lately and so will hope to share them this month. In this case I had planned to make several more CAS snowman cards for a Christmas batch but after a month and a half of good intentions I've decided to save the rest of them for later.
I saw the CAS Christmas Card Challenge where host Christine is asking for a winter scene and so I figured this fit and it's time I get back into the fun of an occasional challenge.
I used three die sets:
Memory Box Snowman Heart CollageImpression Obsession Let it SnowImpression Obsession Small Snowflake Set
Arranged all that against a 110 lb card base embossed with the Sizzix Snowfall folder. The colored parts are Copics, the eyes and buttons are Viva Decor black pearl pen. I applied Wink of Stella to the sentiment and snowflakes so it's all shimmery pretty in real life.

What a fun and creative Winter Scene with the cutest of snowman Leslie x. Loving his little heart and the dry embossing adds wonderful texture x. So glad to see you blogging and sending gentle hugs x.
Seeing your adorable snowman reminds me of the snowman down the street that the little girl and her Dad made. It is still hanging in there. Love yours in the heart with a little heart on his chest. Joe had a Dr's appt. early this AM and when we got out it was snowing again! We just sat in the car until it stopped and then drove home! It is going to warm up this week so maybe we will get out a bit! Take care!
This snowman is adorable with his black top hat with red band and his red scarf! Love all that falling snow too!
what is a winter scene without a snowman, he is so handsome in his top hat, love how you colored it up.Like the shimmer you added to the sentiment!
OH yah, I am so happy you entered your adorably CUTE snowman card into our challenges at Four Seasons and Peace On Earth!!

Love it! Such a pretty winter card. Love all the shimmer too. It looks like the sun shining on the snow.
How completely darling! Leslie, I love your heart frame, with the snowman popping out to bring good wishes. SO SO SO CUTE! I love the textures you bring, too. xx
Hmmmm I really thought I had commented on this card already but don't see it so here we go again ... lol!
This is simply adorable and so well made! Love your overall design so very clever! Mr. Snowman really POPS! Thanks for beautiful inspiration my friend and thanks for joining us at Four Seasons and Peace on Earth!!
Hi Leslie! I'm so happy to see this darling guy, though I'm not so sure I agree with his sentiment! lol
You've added such wonderful life to his top hat! So cute!

Super cute snowman inside that heart.
Love it, you can't beat white on white with a pop of colour, very pleasing. Love the heart detail too xx
Leslie, I'm loving your white on white with a pop of colour with your snomans hat and scarf :). Your colouring amazes me, his hat is so perfectly coloured. I'm so glad you had a chance to play along with us at CAS Christmas ♥
So glad to see you jumping into some challenge. It's fun for us! You know I love this snowman wearing his heart on his sleeve.
Love white on white you know that but this snowman is adorable. I really like the swiss dots snow on the top and not on the bottom, awesome card.
Beautiful card, those colours together are so pretty....great combo.xx
Thanks for also joining in at
Peace on earth Christmas Challenge ♥
Love this one Leslie! Not enough time to get all the snowman cards made and posted I agree! sigh... probably more my lack of time management skills! ha!
So sweet and so beautiful. I always love the composition of your cards - amazing! I love that embossing folder, also. I don't own that one.
Awe...so sweet! Love this one too!
Leslie, I love your design. First of all, the adorable snowman inside a heart warms my heart and then the falling snow in the background and the die cut flakes along with the sentiment is just perfect. I was hoping for a little bit more snow here in Oregon for us...but I guess it is not meant to be (now watch, I will have to bite my tongue because we will probably get a blizzard!!LOL) And I insisted on my husband getting a generator because last year we went without power for 8 days...and we are on a well! Now HE says we probably wont need it for 20 years! Thank you so much for joining us at CAS Christmas!!
What a creative design with your snowman tucked inside the die cut heart! Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Christmas! xx
Gorgeous CAS card Leslie, love all the white and just a pop of colour. The snowfall ef is such a perfect background for your die cut snowman. Nice treat to see a card from you today. I know I'm a bit behind in commenting, just catching up before heading back to work tomorrow. Enjoy your day Leslie,
Oh my gosh ... how adorable, Leslie!! I love your sweet snowman standing in the heart filled snow. Adorable! Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Christmas! xx
Goodness, Leslie, I'm so late with my comment on this adorable card.
This snowman and heart are one of the cutest dies I've seen from you, love it!!!
The pristine white background makes this cutie pie shine beautifully.
Thank you for sharing.
Stay healthy and safe.

Maria.
