Hello friends! I'd better get this last (for now) citrus card on the blog before I forget. It's a single orange this time with a mix of dies from my stash. Again with those improbably bright leaves courtesy of some very old Stampin' Up colors.
I pulled together a leafy background, scalloped border, and a very fun sentiment by Impression Obsession with sunrays from a Cottage Cutz set. Lots of ink blending and some sparkle on the foreground dies splash against a very white background.
That's all for today. I've got a lot of different things grabbing my time and attention right now, but you know I'll be back here again soon. Can't stop those crafty hands! I hope you all keep on crafting, too.
Group hug!

This pretty card sure makes my day, Leslie! After a week of rain and clouds those colors are all aglow with citrus-y goodness! I admire the way you layered the white die cuts for the background, that is so so clever!. The sparkly sentiment couldn't be more perfect. Thanks for the daily dose of inspiration!

I'm sorry to say that I've never personally been to an orange grove - so that green might be spot on, Leslie! It's beautiful with your gorgeous orange and orange blossoms! Two fabulous white on white frames add so much interest to your card base! [and I see that stickle sparkle!]

Gorgeous, such a lovely summer time card. Your ink blending on it all is just wonderful, so seamless, that leafy background is a great backdrop for it, and neat touch with the border too, bought it together wonderfully! Hope your attention doesn't get pulled into too many directions, Hugs!
This card is just pure sunshine! Beautiful layered background in white shows off that amazing (and delicious looking) orange. I love the die-cut sentiment and how the little sun is shining down on it. Adorable! xx

So full of summertime goodness, looks so beautifully refreshing. Sorry I am so late commenting, it has been a 'zoo' here the last week! I see 'we' miss another of those 99 cent sales, I looked everyday many times but the one day I wasn't here to look they had the sale again...ugh, some great stuff!
Your card smells like my state of FL! LOL How beautiful to have the bright white "greenery" in the back, and your lovely shading in the die cuts. Leslie, it's a delightful card, and I can smell the blossoms all the way here! huggers, de
