Bunny on a 'Shroom

Hi there!  I have another bunny today.  Not for Easter, just for the love of bunnies.  I pulled out all my not-yet-used bunny stamps and dies with the notion of putting each of them to paper.  Then I pulled out a few from my stash, and a few more... I didn't realize I had so many bunnies.  Not sure I'll get to all of them, but this is one I've been eager to color since the day it landed in my mailbox.

Creative Expressions Designer Boutique Daydream Bunny:

It's sometimes hard to tell by looking at the stamp package, but I suspected it would color up cute, and it certainly did turn out adorable.  I stamped in Memento Toffee Crunch and colored with Copic markers.  Very rewarding.  I left the background white because I like the clean look of it.  It's a simple note card with no sentiment.

Since Daydream Bunny is one of my not-yet-used stamps I'll share in Darnell's NBUS Challenge #73 -- Never before used schtuff.  Thank you, Darnell!

Wishing you all a beautiful day!

Awwwwwwwwwww...your little bunny just couldn't be any cuter Leslie and colored absolutely perfectly! I'm truly loving all the red blooms surrounding this little guy and how it all ties in with the sweet mushroom he's perched on! Your whole card is a beauty and looks like it should be part of an illustration in a children's book! Sweet, sweet card my friend!! Hugs. :0)

That little fella looks like he wore himself out climbing up onto that big ol' mushroom! Kind of the way I feel at the end of the day! It didn't take away from his cuteness though. Love all of the white you left too, Leslie. It lets all of those pretty pinky reds pop!

Excellent job on the coloring of this adorable bunny. When I saw him, I too felt that I could put a title on this note card. It was say I finally got up here and I’m not leaving. Love all the white space you left because those red flowers really pop

This bunny is absolutely adorably CUTE! Beautiful, beautiful coloring and the surrounding flowers are outstanding, this has to be one of my favorite cards!! My son and his wife just got a new bunny named Molly, very much like this one, their old bunny Wilbur passed away last year, a sad day for all, they had him a long time.

How adorable is this little flop-eared fellow?! Leslie, I wouldn't have been able to resist coloring this guy either! I LOve browns and reds together... where have you found that Toffee Crunch ink?? Probably in your stash, right? I can't seem to find it in-stock anywhere! An absolutely gorgeous card!

Oh my goodness, so stunning, I had to just sit and stare at this... your coloring certainly brought it to life for sure, what a wonderful talent you have. I so agree, leaving the background white was just what it needed, brings all the attention to this lovely scene.
So LOVE it!

Honestly, Leslie, your coloring is so professional! I thought you had used expensive stickers for this card, that's how clean and flawless it is! Maybe someday you will have the time to do videos on how to color! One can dream. Thank you for inspiring everyone to use their NBUS! I'd love to have you link on my blog, too, if you want. (You don't have to edit your post.) This week the I.D.E.A.S. Calendar is coloring. Hugs, Darnell

So adorable. You've really brought that bunny to life, Leslie. Love the almost monochromatic look against the white background. Beautiful garden surrounding the bunny. Like you said, very clean, but definitely not simple. :) xx

What an adorable bunny sitting on a mushroom! He looks so cute sitting there surrounded with all the pretty flowers and greenery! Reminds me when I was little and looked out our window and saw a tiny bunny sitting under a plant leaf protecting it from the rain! Have a great weekend!
