Hello and happy Black Friday! I'm resisting the shopping urge for the time being, but it's not as if I don't have plenty of everything. It can be as much fun to simply shop my stash and that's what I did for the two cards I'm sharing today.
This Tutti Designs Arched Fir Branch comes out every year, mostly because I love the die but never seem to totally love anything I make with it. So I keep trying. These simple cards might be my favorites so far.
The sentiment is a combo of two retired Power Poppy stamps. I stamped a batch of these sentiments for card innards, but then loved it so much I decided it really needed to be on the front of at least a couple of cards. The fir branch came along as a supporting player.
Gold embossed sentiment on the first card, white on the second.
I'm speeding off to the next job on the list, so I'll leave you with a wish for a happy holiday season!

I'm fighting the urge this morning to shop craft supplies like I have money! My craft room is bulging at the seams and I could really purge once again but here I am looking at storage possibilities. Your cards are
lovely and I personally love the branch die. It is just lovely!
Your fir branch die is so pretty Leslie, and then adding it to the red & gold color theme makes them both perfectly elegant! Lovely, lovely cards my friend and YAY for 2 more cards for the stash!! Hugs. :0)
lovely. I guess Xmas is coming soon...
Good for you. I know there are lots of things in my stash I haven't even opened... Have a great day
These are both beautiful, but I really like the gold embossed one best. The die is perfect with the Power Poppy sentiments. I need to get busy and finish up my Christmas cards. I hope you all had a very Happy Thanksgiving.
Shopping your stash is a wonderful idea! I love the results! The bold colors and lovely sentiments combine beautifully with the fir branch. Tese are stunning, Leslie!
opps. sorry for the typo - THESE cards is what I meant to write.
I've shopped enough for the year, Leslie! My stash is so full of wonderful things I could never get tired of it - OR your gorgeous die cut branch!
I love the red-black-gold trio of colors on these cards, Leslie - perhaps it was the key to your heart, too?

Happy Thanksgiving and Black Friday to you Leslie. Yes, I would not have an issue to shop my stash, I have plenty I haven't even touched yet! Love your beautiful elegant cards. The fir branch is so lovely, love the little snowflakes on them as well as the sentiments. Beautiful fonts! Enjoy the rest of your day.
I adore that unique fir branch in any color. I remember the sentiment from Power Poppy and you are right, it belongs on the front of a card. Another Christmas card done.
Fabulous card Leslie, I love the colour combination. xx
These are beautiful. Love that fir branch!!!! I have a system for Black Friday craft shopping. I buy nothing. I get too overwhelmed. There are so many awesome products that I just run!! HA
Both of these are so elegant, Leslie! I love the contrast with the dark backgrounds and can't decide if I like the white or gold best!
Both are beautiful my friend! Of course I too have that die but don't think I've ever used it but I will now! LOL Thanks for inspiration!
Both fabulous cards, love the fir branch and both colourways.

I have been trying to resist the sales too, it is a much better idea to shop your stash. I have plenty in mine too and also have several things that I love but find it hard to make a decent card with. there is nothing wrong with these two though. That sentiment goes really well with the die and what a good idea to swap round the gold and silver xx
The fir branch looks so pretty against the black and red and I agree that sentiment is beautiful, it really packs a punch ♥
This is just so sweet love the colours and fabulous design too x
ITs a beautiful die, and the cards show it off so nicely.
What great Christmas cards! I can see why you love this die. The colors and the die go perfectly together. I can see so many uses for the die. I guess Christmas is upon us. I started wrapping presents so that's a good start! Have a good week!
Love the simplicity AND the elegance! I see why you use it every year... it's worth it!
It does make for a very lovely front of your card, I really like the die in the gold on the second card even more than the white.
What an amazing die cut. It looks fabulous on the CAS cards.
Beautiful card design and colours, Leslie. I love how you've changed around the colours for the different elements, which makes each unique. xx
These are utterly gorgeous, Leslie!! Simply gorgeous.
