Today's card is clean and bright and relatively simple. I cut out the Bugaboo Merry Christmas Tree and then colored with Copics. Glittered the tree's garland. Die cut a white panel with a Lil' Inker Silly Stitched die and added the Poppystamps Snowflake Breeze. Matted with red.
For a little something extra I cut a second Snowflake Breeze and glued it to the back of the stitched panel, all matched up in a continual line. I did that before I glued down the stitched panel. That probably goes without saying, doesn't it? After the stitched panel was glued to the card base I trimmed flush the overhanging ends of the Snowflake Breeze. Make sense?
Lastly, I ran a Copic B0000 marker along the edges of the Snowflake Breeze to help it stand out from the card a little more, then popped up the tree and added star sequins.
Back to making more Christmas cards now. Have a happy day!

Oh my goodness, would you just look at that! Where to begin.....I love the bright colors of the tree and the red mat just makes everything pop. There is so much attention to detail on this card and I love the Snowflake Breeze die! Anyone would be happy to have this card arrive in their Christnas mail!
You could change my mind on any stamp. I would never have bought this stamp, but what you've done with it is a little bit of wonderful. Cheerful and delightful!
I'm a little bit jealous of your mailing progress.
I know what you mean, it is a time consuming process. I love this cute little tree bent over. That's how I feel at the moment. It is really neat how yoou did the die pieces. I guess I had better start sending out my cards or wait until next year! LOL!
TFS the detailed description for your colorful and whimsical Christmas tree and Snowflake Breeze die, which I have. I love the creative way of using your die.
I am looking forward to our visit today Leslie even if there will not be time to stamp. See you soon. Hugs...
I LOVE that whimsical (Dr. Seuss-like) tree that just pops against the white background!!! And that double layered snow drift is perfect and genius!!
cute. have a great day
I still have to sort my Christmas cards out Leslie, got as far as printing lots of inserts! now the time consuming task of adding them to cards and getting the writing done (hate this task).
Beautiful card yet again, love this wonderful coloured tree and gorgeous background detail.
Hugs Pam x
I'm with Gail! I would never have purchased this stamp but you have turned it into a gorgeous card! That snowflake breeze was just the perfect touch!
That is one adorable little Christmas tree! Cheers.
Oh love this whimsical tree and your total layout! Very festive, love the snowflake breeze and those little star sequins. Your white card sure makes your tree pop! You amaze me with the bugaboo images. I look at them and think what would I do with that, or how would I colour it etc. Gorgeous card, looking forward to seeing more as always!
Your card is SO fun..I love that awesome tree. Very festive!!!!!
You always find the most fun stamps, and use them in such great ways, love how the sentiment is attached, and the use of the snowflake breeze die is very cool!! I actually finished all 9 cards for our siblings, now onto all the niece and nephews cards, still trying to figure out what to do for them, but hopefully will get started with those tomorrow!!
Fabulous Christmas tree and one that is sure to bring a smile to the recipient!! Such a bright and cheerful card and there you go again with all those wonderful added little details that makes it all perfect.!! Have a merry merry day...(I have yet to get one card ready to mail...my 'little' guy takes up a lot of my time, but I can't imagine life without him)!!
I love this little Christmas tree colored especially Leslie-style - in fact, I love it so much, me thinks it should be turned into rubber! Cutest EVER! I love that sweet little snowflake swish (or is it a snowflake decorated sidewalk?) - whichever, it is darling, and brings me to your happy little tree. So cute, Leslie, right down to the shine on your red ornaments. Beautiful! hugs, de
What a cute tree. I love the way you put the border under and over - very cleve. Awesome card!
Leslie,
This whimsical tree is such fun and your card is a delight! So festive and cute with the stitching and die details that add so much. This makes me smile and I will be thinking of this lopsided lovely tree and smiling throughout the day. You said it best, clean and bright and I'll add - cheerful!
It's terrific! I love trees and as we can't have one this year...I have to delight in the ones on cards... No wonder I make a lot of the Lol1 Have a great day!
Oh my goodness, Leslie, this is so fun. I just love that tree and how the sentiment is attached to your fussy cut border around it. Love that background die you used with it too. Just makes me smile Leslie!
What an adorable image. Reminds me of Charlie Brown's tree. Love that die you used too - Snowflake Breeze. You're such an enabler! Every time I see something new on your blog, I want it! Merry Christmas!
Leslie’this card is so cute! And yes, addressing the cards is time consuming. I didn’t make nearly enough cards this year. Oh well. Have a great holiday
What a delightful tree...and the coloring is exquisite!
So much to take in, Leslie! And so much newness and card product envy happening in my head! I've never seen the snowflake breeze and just love how you've designed with it and made it stand out! And that tree with the heavy sediment is out-of-this-world fabulous and fun and colored perfectly!! Once in a while I want to buy every.single.product. a card artist has used and make the prezact card. This is one of those times!! Happy Holiday Hugs! Darnell
