What, no Christmas card today? You wouldn't believe the rate at which I've been making them. It's all this rain. Nice weather for hiding out in my stamp room. Well, the babies keep coming with no regard for the time of year, and they're always a delight. This card welcomes a third little girl to the family next door.
It's all die cuts so relatively quick... you'd think. These things still take time. The Die-namites "Sweet Pea" front and center is another of my bargain basement finds at Dies R Us. I might be doing a good job of clearing them out as this one is gone now. It's bigger than I expected, even though dimensions are clearly written on the packaging, but it all worked out in the end.
Other dies are as follows:
Spellbinders Grand Squares -- for the pink frame
Joy Craft Square -- all pretty with lattice for the peas to grow on
Memory Box Stitched Scalloped Circles
Memory Box Precious Hearts
More Christmas cards coming next week, but there's another baby on the way, as well. I'll see you soon. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Such beautiful soft colors you have chosen! Lovely dies and I love how you off set. Just an all around gorgeous card!
As you, I love baby cards. Leslie, this is so dainty, soft and pretty. Gorgeous card, love all the die cuts (and how you offset the sweet pea die cut), and your design layout. Love the hanging hearts with that little flower holding it all together. So sweet! Looking forward to more cards next week. Have a wonderful weekend. Oh and yes we have been getting a lot of rain here too this week. Might have break in the weather today with a bit of sun, but then full day of rain again tomorrow.
What a sweet and wonderful card, Leslie! Love the delicate colors. You put everything together so perfectly.
How very kind of you to help Dies R Us clean the bargin basement. :)
This is so very lovely. I would not have thought to use this sweet pea die for a baby card and the cream stitched circle die behind it really compliments it. I real do love this!!!
cute. Have a great day
Hi, Leslie - shouldn't those babies be more considerate with their timing? LOL Leave it to your incredible imagination to use this beautiful die as a baby card. The hint of pink shadowing your darling white image is lovely. Pearly sweetness, lovely colors, and dainty details all make this especially pretty, dear friend. Thanks for thinking of ways to jumpstart me out of my proverbial box! hugs, de
The soft pinks and greens are so pretty on this card. Love that pretty lattice die and perfect for this card.

OMG!! Babies don't care if its Christmas or not!! They come when they are ready. I'm sure your neighbor will love this card. So pretty - pink and cute! Love those dies!
It is amazing how you put so many beautiful dies together and made your card not cluttered, but beautiful. Your card will be treasured by the parents and later by the new baby girl. TFS my friend. Hugs
Oh, this is sweet and just perfect that for that new little one! I love the dies and how beautifully they work together. And I love the sweet bows and hearts! Beautifully done! Hugs!
Yes it is amazing how they do take time even though you would think they would be quicker. You have done a fantastic job of putting together all these different dies from different companies, I totally love that lattice square inside the frame you made with the spellbinders, perfect fit and such pretty framing for the sweet pea :) That little bow with the hearts just top it off perfectly, they will love this!
A darling baby card and so sweet of you to make it for the neighbors. I like the pink layer behind the white and the hanging hearts are perfect. Darling all around. We had the rain for a day and now we have beautiful sunshine and 55 degrees. Fun fun!
Such beautiful dies put together perfectly! This is a treasure for that baby book! You make such beautiful cards, Leslie--always admire what I see on your blog!
Firstly, thank you so much for your kind words following the loss of my Aunt... Sorry I haven't been able to comment for awhile and I looked back on all your creations... Each and every one a stunner but I have to say your dogs are adorable and I'm in love with them!
