Hello and welcome!
I started with one card and ended up with three when I pulled out a pretty Zoju paper pad called Forest Dreams. The first is teamed with Penny Black products -- see notes under photo.

| Penny Black Love Blooms stamp set with dies, Serenity Edger, and Curved Stitch dies |
I stamped with Ranger Archival Watering Can on hot press watercolor paper and colored with Tombow markers. To finish, I dotted with Simply White Nuvo drops. The Serenity Edger die set includes not only the edger, but this straight cut "Serenity" as well. It's from their most recent release and I'm loving it a lot!
For the next card I wanted to use the butterfly paper, but I felt it needed a little something so I edged it with the flower buds from the PB Love Blooms set. Then I fretted that the focal point was too ambiguous. Was it the butterfly or the flower buds? In the end I simply added the silver satin birthday sentiment and finished with sequins and Nuvo drops.
The paper was too pretty to put away just yet, so I let it shine on for one more card.

Since today's cards are mostly all about the pretty papers I'd like to play along here:
Love those Pretty Papers -- Anything goes with patterned paper as a prominent feature, or optional coastal.

All beautiful Leslie, but I LOVE that 1st one. Striking. Nice paper pad. Have a great day
Leslie, you are a master at bringing even more to those gorgeous papers. My fave of the bunch is the butterfly and rose buds. It is a joy to look at. Each bit has the perfect amount of attention.
Leslie, those papers are exquisite!! [are you at all surprised that the bluebird is my favorite?] All the bits and pieces you've chosen really make the best of them - I spotted that butterfly as the 'star of the card' immediately!

WOW! Those papers are absolutely gorgeous as well as that beautiful butterfly. I'm in love with all of these cards.
I haven't been around for awhile, however something told me I needed to take a look and I am so glad I did. You still got it! Your creativity amazes me!
I'm so loving these beautiful papers and the creative ways you've used them. How perfectly they work with the serenity sentiment, all three cards are dreamy and so gorgeous. What a great design to use the floral buds with the butterfly!
Beautiful papers - beautiful cards! I have some cards ready to post that feature patterned paper. Maybe I will post them tomorrow and add the link.

such wonderful ways to use your beautiful designer papers. The watercolour flowers really pop against the backgrounds xx
Wow! These are just gorgeous! I agree you couldn’t just do one with that pretty paper! It’s hard to choose a favorite. I love what you do with pattern paper. I remember when you had a weekly challenge with a pack of paper and it was so fun to see what you did. I think it was called Ruby Tuesday because the name of the paper was Ruby Tuesday? I think it was the name of a Rolling Stones song and the paper was Basic Grey! That was a long time ago, eh? It’s so fun you are still creating beautiful cards.!!! ❤️
What a fabulous use of those papers, Leslie! You picked the perfect elements for each card. Wow is that butterfly ever beautiful!
Oh my it is a gorgeous set of papers, I can see why it would be hard to put them away. I love the use of your edger dies in the first card, now you have me wanting to get mine out :) Lovely coloring of the flower. the pretty flowers were a great addition to the butterfly on the second card, love the font on the sentiment to go with it! I so love the gold border on the last one and the pretty flowers on the oval piece, such a lovely design!
As always your cards are just wonderful. I can see why you loved the paper, it's awesome. Hard to pick a favorite but I think the 1st one really caught my eye.
WoW your cards are soooooooooooo beautiful. I love your stile.
Greetings BAstelfeti
