Hi there! If you'll bear with me... I was busy playing with something else entirely when along came July and I realized I have only seven cards made for this year. Actually, it's more than I thought I had, but I need a lot more!
So here are three today, all Cottage Cutz Santas from my never-been-used stash. For the most part I'll let the pictures tell their own stories. I've used a lot of retired supplies, old goodies that still provide a lot of fun.
First we have Santa hanging on a tree branch. A sleigh accident perhaps?

Keeping it simple, trying not to overthink it. A frame and an embossed panel can take a card design a long way.

The last card has a simple silhouette Santa with a landscape frame and designer paper. The few die cut snowflakes were brushed with Stampin' Up Buckaroo Blue ink. It might be the first time I've used that pad and it's several years old. The designer paper is a Simple Stories freebie that came with one of my Scrapbook.com orders.

I always have such fun with my Cottage Cutz dies, and I'm sure that's amplified by their low, low sale prices. They haven't had a new release in a LONG time and I cannot find any information regarding that.
I'll be sharing in two challenges:
NBUS #76 -- Darnell encourages us to use our 'never been used schtuff'. Each of my Cottage Cutz Santas are fresh out of the package.
Thank you for coming to visit! Have a happy day!

Wow, Leslie, what a fabulous trio! Great cards, Jo x
You know my sentiments about winter and Xmas... but cute cards. Have a great day
All 3 Santas are fabulous Leslie and I can see why you like the Cottage Cutz dies so much! They are all so festive and fun with all your additions and I am especially loving the silhouette Santa and the whole card...delightful!! And now 3 more for the stash...YAY!!! Hugs. :0)
Leslie, you've shared triple the fun today with your Christmas cards! Each fabulous in its own way - I love every single Santa, and they are all new to me even if they have been around a while!
I'm way behind the goal I set in January - my ho, ho, ho is more like oh, oh, oh!

What wonderful cards my friend! I love all the great elements you used for each card. All the embossing and little extras just made the cards pop! Well done!
Three lovely and amazing cards, Leslie!! I think my favorite is the second one - so much wonderful white space. LOL! Boy, did I love my Buckaroo Blue! I still have it, but don't use my SU! pads much any more.
I have to laugh when you pull out and make more beautiful cards from that never been used box of stamps and dies. You are an amazing crafter, but when you are not making cards, you must be buying craft supplies. When you are not doing that, you are making comments on others crafty cards. I am sure you make time for hubby too and of course your puppies. I wish I were more like you my friend. Keep up,the good work!
I love these Father Christmas dies, they have such lovely movement. You have done wonders with each one in different ways. Very inspiring. Thank you xx
