CAS Mix Up Challenge Reminder: Flight

It's CAS Mix Up reminder time!  It's a watercolor challenge this month and our host, Viv, has chosen the theme, "Flight".  Whichever way you choose to represent the theme, just remember to make it watercolor.  We're only at the halfway point, so you still have until the 24th to link up your card.

I pulled out an old Hambo stamp for my main image.  I do have a lot of birds and butterflies and all manner of winged things, but challenges are a good opportunity to revisit the old stuff and I do love this cute little stamp.  The honeycomb on the card base is a stamp from a retired Power Poppy set.  I wish I'd stamped it in a lighter ink, but nevermind that now.

I watercolored the image with Tombow markers, scribbled on a palette and picked up with a brush.  The smile frame was also watercolored.  Pictured below is a glimpse at the card's inside.  Also a Hambo stamp.  I always use the two of these together.
