I've been intrigued by the print making with die cuts technique and have wanted to give it a try, so now is the time. My results are subtle, but interesting.

It's already a happy day for me because of your posting! This pair of dragonflies are so pretty! I love trying new techniques, and this one looks like fun! Those blues are gorgeous with the bit of sparkle, Leslie.
ReplyDeleteThe movement on you card is amazing...those dragonfly dies really did the trick. Add the shimmer to them and it's one stunning creation. Playful and happy.
ReplyDeleteWOW!! Leslie, I've never heard of this technique but it looks so beautiful on your card, love the shades of blue on your sweet little dragonflies.

I have to admit..I watched the video several times with my Chrome Book in my stamping room:-) It is a fun technique and I can't wait to see what you create next. ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic twist to the technique. I wouldn't have thought about using the back of the die for the print part. So clever ... your dragonflies are facing the same way as the print. The dragonflies are gorgeous colours and I see a bit of sparkle as well. Beautiful card Leslie! xx

ReplyDeleteI love new techniques this one is so pretty. I have heard die cutting foam and using them to stamp but not watercolor paper, that is a neat idea, yours are so pretty with the dragonflies, I like how you have just off set them from the ones that were used in the background. Cute sentiment to use with them!
