Welcome to another Double D challenge! This time around we're doing Stripes and Dots. I enjoy mixing up paper patterns, and our challenge provides a great opportunity. Your stripes and dots don't have to be designer paper, but you know me -- love that paper! These days I'm torn between lots of white and lots of designer paper. With this card I have both!
Here's our inspiration board -- so cute!
The team votes on favorites, plus a random winner gets the prize pictured below.
There's not much to explain here -- paper and die cuts. The "happy birthday" is layered for dimension and shadowed with black so it would be more distinct against the white. An enamel dot dots the i. The folded card is 6 3/4" x 3 3/4".
The card recipe is below my signature.
Be sure and visit the Double D blog for more info and team samples. Fun stuff! Have a happy day!
Paper: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, black, Simple Stories Snap Color Vibe designer paper

Great colors and fun design. I am curious about how you did the Happy Birthday in the different colors. Is the paper three different colors? Kinda looks like that on the bottom or did you glue strips together? inquiring minds want to know. Really like the ribbon die cut to help frame the sentiment.
