I used Sizzix Primitive Stars dies and a balloon string die to hang them. The sentiment is old, from Hero Arts. The card base is that Neenah 110 lb cover card stock I love so much. These stars have Stickles Stardust glitter on all the white dots.
The second version has more colors, on kraft with a white-embossed sentiment. No glitter on this one. I don't know which one I like better.

Simply gorgeous!! What a fabulous way to use up scraps of paper yet these cards look like a million bucks...dang you are a creative girl!! I couldn't pick a favorite either! Have a wonderful day....still in the almost zero's here...and today blowing and drifting snow...with the sun shining of course...only in Michigan!
ReplyDeleteThey are both fabulous, Leslie! I love the string die - I've never seen that before! (Or at least I don't remember seeing it:) ) Really, really hard to choose a favorite, but if I HAD to, I guess I'd choose the white one.

aren't you just clever, such a neat idea to use the balloon strings to hang the stars.... I love both versions equally, the first is so fresh and clean and I like how kraft just gives a country feel to it!
